In a country as rich and diverse as Peru, there is no room for thinking in the singular. That is how Pacasmayo Plural – our Diversity and Inclusion program – was born. We all participated in coming up with this name. It is when thinking in the plural, we grow in the plural, and we continue building, together, the future of our dreams.

Diversity Committee
We have a Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a space made up of leaders from different areas that drives, supports, and monitors our initiatives, ensuring that our beliefs translate into concrete actions throughout the organization. Alas Program
ALAS is the female leadership program of Pacasmayo Plural, created to support, strengthen, and promote the growth of women who are transforming our organization from their different roles and locations.
Through spaces for learning, reflection, and development, the program provides tools for self-awareness, leadership, and professional growth that help participants build confidence, strengthen their role, and expand their impact within the company.
Likewise, ALAS promotes connection among participants, the exchange of knowledge, and the creation of a support network that contributes to the development of individuals, teams, and the organization.
