2.- Who can PARTICIPATE?

• All natural persons over 18 years of age who meet the requirements of the promotion and live in the cities of Trujillo, Piura, Cajamarca city, and Chiclayo.

• Those who are not linked to the Organizer and its subsidiaries.

3.- Promotion Requirements

• Share the post in public mode on Facebook, or share the post in your stories and tag Cementos Pacasmayo on Instagram.

• Answer: "What did Dad teach you to build?" and mention which part of Peru you are writing from.

4.- Promotion Rules

4.1. General Conditions and Prizes

• The promotion runs from June 9, 2025, to June 14, 2025, and is only valid for Chiclayo, Trujillo, Cajamarca city, and Piura.

• The prizes will be raffled on June 16, 2025.

• The prizes will be 4 JBL Flip 6 speakers (1 speaker for Chiclayo, 1 for Piura, 1 for Trujillo, and 1 for Cajamarca city).

• One (1) post will be published during the raffle dates (from June 9, 2025, to June 14, 2025).

• Participants will have the opportunity to win the prize from the start date until June 14, provided they meet all the promotion requirements.

• Once a participant has been selected for a prize, they will no longer be eligible for others, even if they are chosen by chance.

• The promotion is aimed only at natural persons over 18 years of age.

• The prizes will be delivered to the winners following coordination with the Alterna agency.

• The delivery of each prize will be coordinated with the winners.

• Prizes will only be delivered to persons who prove their identity via DNI. After delivery, a delivery certificate will be signed in which the winning participant will state that the prize has been delivered with absolute conformity to the Organizer.

5.- Restrictions

• 5.1.- The Organizer may:
  • (i) Expand or modify the number of Incentives or prizes established in these terms and conditions or replace them with others of equal value; (ii) modify the start and end dates of the raffle, as well as the delivery of prizes and their publication; (iii) modify these terms and conditions; and (iv) cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion when circumstances occur that are not attributable to the Organizer or that constitute an act of God or force majeure that justifies it. Any modification to the established terms and conditions will be communicated to the general public through the corresponding publications.

• 5.2. Disclaimers:
  • The Organizer will not be responsible for failures or errors that may occur at any stage of the contest derived from an act of God or force majeure.
  • The agency will be notified to carry out daily follow-ups of the winners to ensure they receive their prizes. The agency must contact them in a timely manner and coordinate the corresponding delivery.
  • Participation in this contest implies acceptance of all conditions established herein.

• The prize is non-transferable. The prize will be made effective upon presentation of the national identity document (DNI).

• Participation in this contest implies the unrestricted acceptance of its terms and conditions, the Organizer being the only one authorized for their interpretation.

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or extend the duration of the contest at any time and without prior notification or right to any claim by the participants.

• Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. reserves the right to modify the prize included in the contest and its conditions, informing in advance. Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. may decide unilaterally on any point or issue not covered in these terms and conditions, interpret them, and even modify them.

• The Facebook platform does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it.

• In accordance with Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, participants authorize the Organizer to collect and process their personal data for purposes related to the management of the promotion, winner notification, and prize delivery, according to the Organizer's privacy policy.

• The prizes will be raffled on July 31, 2025.

• The prizes will be 2 Peruvian packs; each pack will contain 1 home theater speaker and 1 Peru national team jersey.

• One (1) post will be published during the raffle dates (from July 22, 2025, to July 30, 2025).

• Participants will have the opportunity to win the prize from the start date until July 30, provided they meet all the promotion requirements.

• Once a participant has been selected for a prize, they will no longer be eligible for others, even if they are chosen by chance.

2.- Who can PARTICIPATE?

• 2.1.- All persons who meet the requirements of the promotion may participate.

3.- Raffle Requirements

• 3.1 Provide the following personal data:

  • Email

  • First and last names.
  • Answer the construction phase and interest in receiving information.

4.- Promotion Rules

4.1. General Conditions and Prizes

• The promotion runs from July 30, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
• The raffle will take place on October 29, 2025, in the presence of a notary public, and there will be only one winner.
• The winner will be announced on November 3, 2025, through the official Facebook and Instagram of Cementos Pacasmayo.
• The promotion is aimed only at natural persons over 18 years of age.
• Within a period of 7 business days following the announcement of the winner, the Organizer will contact them through the social network where they participated to coordinate the start of the service.
• The winner has a period of 3 business days to respond to the Organizer accepting the service.
• Once the winner has accepted the service, there is a period of 35 business days for the total use of the service.
• The prize for the winner includes construction materials (cement and/or Rapimix) valued at up to S/. 3,000, to be chosen by the winner. Only Pacasmayo products (Fortimax and Extraforte Cement) will be included.
• Cementos Pacasmayo will handle the procurement and shipping of the products, which will be delivered to the winner's land and/or home.
• The delivery of the prize will be coordinated with the winner.
• The license fee shall be paid by the owner.
• The service will only be delivered to persons who prove their identity via DNI. After delivery, a delivery certificate will be signed in which the winning participant will state that the service has been delivered with absolute conformity to the Organizer.
• To access the service, the winner must prove that they own land in their name, or their spouse’s or direct family member’s name.
• The promotion is only valid for the areas of: Trujillo, Huamachuco, Chimbote, Pacasmayo, Cajamarca, Chiclayo, Piura, and Tumbes.
• The winner must reside in one of the mentioned cities, and the land or home must be located within those same cities.
