The Pacasmayo Volunteer Program was founded in 2017, born from the solidarity and commitment shown by our employees in response to the consequences of the El Niño phenomenon. This initial spark spontaneously gave rise to a culture of collaboration and close connection with our communities.
Today, volunteering is a permanent expression of what we believe at Pacasmayo: that working together and uniting our efforts generate a real impact, strengthen commitment, and build a sense of purpose that transcends our daily operations.
