Responsible Supply Chain

We promote responsible sourcing, working alongside our suppliers to strengthen their capabilities, formalize processes, and build a positive impact that endures for future generations

Supplier Policies

Crece +

The Crece+ Program seeks to boost the potential and competitiveness of our local suppliers by providing free training in technical-operational, safety, administrative, and compliance areas. Launched in 2023 with a pilot program in Rioja, it is now implemented across our plants in Pacasmayo, Piura, and Rioja, with more than 70 companies actively participating.

Crece+ is built upon three pillars: Training, Continuous Improvement, and Growth Opportunities, promoting the application of best practices, process formalization, and sustainable development. We believe that building together generates greater value: we work hand-in-hand with our suppliers to strengthen their value chain, improve their service levels, and support their growth in the regions where they operate.

Thanks to the collaboration with our suppliers and strategic allies such as Soltrak, Sencico, Movitécnica, BCP, and Manpower, we have achieved tangible improvements and continue to build a positive and lasting impact on our communities together.

Empresarios por la Integridad

Since 2019, Cementos Pacasmayo has been recognized by the Asociación Empresarios por la Integridad (Association of Business Leaders for Integrity) as a company that demonstrates high standards in the fight against corruption. This commitment allowed us to achieve the Zero Bribery Certification for the sixth consecutive year in 2024.

Furthermore, we served as sponsors and advisors for the PYMÉtica Program, an initiative by Empresarios por la Integridad aimed at strengthening the culture of business integrity within more than 50(small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the construction sector across seven regions of the country. We supported them on their path toward Anti-Bribery Certification, promoting ethical and transparent business practices.
