Furthermore, we apply international best practices that enable a preventive approach aimed at avoiding significant accidents and deviations, which constitutes an integral part of our culture. Committees: Strategic, Tactical, and Operational
Occupational Health and Safety management is conducted using a participatory approach, ensuring an active commitment wherein the Health, Safety, Environment, and Management Systems (HSEMS) team provides the necessary guidelines and support to drive continuous improvement and achieve sustained progress in our employees' health and safety indicators.
We operate with three committees—Strategic, Tactical, and Operational—which are complementary, and enable coordinated and consistent decision-making. This structure ensures the efficient implementation of preventive and corrective measures, aligned across all levels of the organization.
