For the sixth consecutive year, we have been included in the Sustainability Yearbook, S&P Global's prestigious annual sustainability report.
In Pacasmayo, we seek to Build the Future You Dream of Together, and to achieve this, we know that teamwork with our stakeholders and the environment is crucial.
For us, sustainability implies aligning with a cross-cutting business strategy that encompasses not only our products but also the way we operate alongside our communities and with the environment. Sustainability is not just a way to conduct profitable long-term business but is also part of our DNA.

Our achievements in sustainability are the result of constant effort within our organization, and this would not be possible without our Sustainability Committee, composed of leaders from different areas who drive our actions through a Sustainability Plan for 2030. Additionally, we have created the Sustainability Department and the Climate Change Department, which will help us solidify our position as a sustainable company and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050

Empresarios por la Integridad
For the sixth consecutive year, we renewed our Zero Bribery Certification (Certificación de Cero Soborno) from the Asociación Empresarios por la Integridad, consolidating our ethical commitment.
Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)
We are the first cement company in Peru to obtain an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) from the Global EPD program for cement, awarded by AENOR.
Employers for Youth (EFY)
We have been recognized as one of the best companies for female talent in Peru by Employers for Youth (EFY).
Management Systems
We received the Protege 365 recognition, which measures success in risk control in Occupational Health and Safety.
EFY General Perú (Employers For Youth)
We are among the top 15 companies in the country for young professionals (under 35) according to the EFY General Peru (Employers For Youth) ranking.
Strategic Alignment
We are aligned with the Peru Cement Industry Roadmap. This document is the result of work carried out by FICEM (Inter-American Cement Federation) and ASOCEM (Association of Cement Producers) and shows the path to reduce emissions and become a Net Zero company by 2050.
We work alongside GBC.pe (Green Building Council Peru) to evaluate and enhance the characteristics of our products that facilitate obtaining sustainable construction certifications, guaranteeing solutions aligned with the highest quality and environmental standards.
As members of the United Nations Global Compact, we are part of the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, comprising more than 16,000 companies. At Pacasmayo, we ratify our commitment to doing business responsibly, aligning our strategies and policies with the principles of Human Rights, Decent Work, the Environment, and Anti-Corruption, thus contributing to the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We are part of Innovandi, the Global Cement and Concrete Research Network launched by the GCCA (Global Cement and Concrete Association). Pacasmayo is one of 24 companies worldwide that have already committed to this initiative, which links the industry with scientific institutions to drive practical research. The goal is to accelerate progress in sustainability through innovations that decisively transform the industry.
