For Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter, “THE COMPANY”), it is essential to guarantee information security and the Protection of Personal Data pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter, “THE LAW”), its regulations, and amendments.
In this regard, external users who are natural persons (hereinafter, “THE USER”) and who file a document through THE COMPANY’S virtual filing desk by previously providing their personal data, are hereby informed that such data will be treated in a confidential and responsible manner.
The personal data filed by THE USER will be safeguarded by THE COMPANY in the corresponding Data Bank, which will be recorded with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data. This information may not be used for purposes other than those indicated in this document, and applicable security measures will be adopted for its storage. THE COMPANY is the owner of the Data Bank, and the data will remain on file to fulfill the specific purpose for which the data was collected.
The personal data held by THE COMPANY will be processed for the following purposes:
- To identify the USER when information or communications are submitted to THE COMPANY via the virtual filing desk.
- To send a response to the communication and/or document submitted by the USER.
- To issue a communication to the USER pursuant to any other relationship established between the parties.
- To send notifications regarding THE COMPANY’s projects or construction solutions.
- To send notifications regarding any modifications made to this Personal Data Protection Policy.
Should THE USER wish to exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights), they must require THE COMPANY to comply with the request via the following email address: derechos_arco@cpsaa.com.pe or by written request delivered to the Company's Head Office located at Calle la Colonia No. 150, Santiago de Surco, Lima.
THE USER guarantees, under their responsibility, the veracity, accuracy, and authenticity of all personal data and information submitted through THE COMPANY’S virtual filing desk. Consequently, any liability arising from providing false or inaccurate data shall be the exclusive responsibility of THE USER.
Finally, THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify and/or update this Personal Data Protection Policy as part of its continuous improvement efforts, whether to adapt it to future regulatory changes or to communicate improvements and/or new alternatives related to this Policy. In this regard, any changes introduced to this Policy will be published on this website, and the updated or modified version shall be effective immediately.
By virtue of the f0regoing, THE USER accepts and grants free, prior, express, unequivocal, and informed consent for the processing of their personal data in favor of THE COMPANY in accordance with the terms set forth in this policy.
