The information received will be sent to the Legal and Corporate Compliance Vice Presidency and the Audit department to conduct the appropriate investigations regarding such cases while maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Who can file a report?
This system is capable of receiving reports from any individual with knowledge of misconduct or unethical acts committed by employees, clients, suppliers, contractors, or other parties associated with Grupo Pacasmayo—or any of its affiliated companies—specifically regarding the Company's accounting practices, internal accounting controls, and accounting audit processes.
What should be reported through the website?
This system should be used to report only unethical acts committed by employees, clients, suppliers, contractors, etc., of Grupo Pacasmayo or any of its affiliated companies—including, but not limited to, acts such as:
- Crimes involving fraud, corruption, theft, the offering or acceptance of a bribe, or blackmail.
- Non-compliance with any legal or regulatory obligation.
- Intentional and serious misrepresentation of information.
- Pressure from a supervisor to perform tasks without the necessary safety measures.
- Pressure to conceal or distort information regarding safety-related incidents.
- Situations involving a conflict of interest that prevent an employee from fully and objectively performing their duties and obligations in a given situation.
- Unfair treatment and harassment.
- Actions intended to conceal any of the above.
Confidentiality
Pacasmayo Group values all reports received as they contribute to maintaining our ethical standards. Therefore, it is committed to keeping strict confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting party and to upholding appropriate discretion concerning the report received.
Grupo Pacasmayo encourages the reporting party to identify themselves; doing so lends greater credibility to the report and enables contact for the purpose of requesting additional details that may facilitate the investigation. However, self-identification is not mandatory.
